How do I lock in my booking to confirm the date?
In most instances a 25% deposit is required to formally secure your booking. This will be detailed in the conditions attached to your quotation & menu proposal.
When are final details required?
All menu selections, final numbers, services required, running schedules & timings are required 7 working days prior to the event. Whilst we strive to accomodate any last minute changes, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accomodate all changes.
When is final payment due?
Final Payment is required 3 days prior to your function/event. Payment outside of these terms by negotiation before the event. We accept cash, credit card (visa, mastercard, eftpos) and/or direct deposit.
What equipment and/or space are we required to supply and what will East Street Kitchen provide?
East Street Kitchen will discuss this with you during the planning stages for your event. Our team is experienced working in both indoor and outdoor locations and we are equipped to deliver services to remote locations also. The amount of infrastructure we need to provide will impact the price we quote for your event.
Are there any travel fees, if so how much?
All travel costs will be included in the price quoted for your function/event.
How long is my quote valid for?
Your quote is valid for 2 weeks and is subject to date availability. Price per head quotations are always subject to minimum number requirements which are listed in the terms and conditions of your proposal. The Price per Person rate will need to be renegotiated if numbers fall below the agreed minimum number.
